Tamishetti Naga Priyanka is 22 years old. Her father is a farmer, and got his daughter educated and wanted to see her in a good position. Priyanka from middle class family was very interested in seeking job through SMART training programme after learning about course details through a flier. She joined the SMART programme in Tally course and was eager about improving her skills to fetch a Accounts related job. V.Rakesh Kumar

V.Rakesh belongs to an underprivileged family and his father works as a laborer and is the sole breadwinner. V.Rakesh has completed class 12. He had a keen interest in the Sales Executive job role as he already had some information about the work. As such he opted for ITES/BPO course. He came to know about the training Program through the mobilizer, where he informed about the course benefits and job opportunities after completion of the course in his local area. He joined the training institute because of the existing credibility of training and teaching methods followed at the Koti center. Before joining the training center, he lacked self- confidence and presentation skills. The soft skills classes helped him to increase his self-confidence and boosted his morale. Pabbathi Divya

A girl with humble background, it was difficult to pursue her higher studies after graduation. However the flagship Tally has opened new opportunities for millions of Indian youth from rural areas like her. Divya, and her parents learned about the HCHW SMART Program supported by Tech Mahindra Foundation, which has opened up a new chapter in her life. The course enabled her, to acquire new skills like effective communication, basic Accounts , GST Returns ,Accounting Payable etc. through intensive classroom & practical training and internship. After the successful completion of the short- term course in Tally, one of the leading Chartered Accountant firm in India, Prasad & Prasad. Chartered Accountant hired her as an Accountant Executive with a salary of 15000/- per month. HCHW not only empowered Divya to earn her livelihood but also respect and independence. Being a graduate in commerce Shiva Kumar had to work in farms to help his father for two years. But he wanted to do a job and be independent and support his family. He failed to grab a job in spite of several attempts as his education was in Telugu medium. He turned up to “HCHW SMART Program” through a common friend. He got trained in Tally course and simultaneously helped to improve Communicative skills and Accounting Knowledge. He finally succeeded in getting a job at “Vyshnavi Rice Industries” as an Accountant with a monthly salary of RS.19000/-.

20 years old Pavan Kumar belongs to a lower middle class family. His Father is a Daily wage earner. But he was unable to crack an interview being student with Telugu as medium of instruction. Pavan came to know about the HCHW SMART programme through Social media. Pavan without hesitation decided to join the SMART programme. He came and joined in the ITES/BPO course. During the training sessions he has been dedicated and learnt computer skills well and improved communicative skills. In the 4 months of his training he gained confidence and got placed in Dorco Klass as a Sales Promoter with a salary of Rs.18000/-per month.

Swathi Sonowne completed her Graduation in 2019. She wants to do MBA but she could not continue her higher education due to her family’s economic status. Swathi’s decision to support her family made her think about doing a job. She started looking for jobs. She failed in interviews as her communication skills were not good and lack of confidence. As her financial status were not permitted to go private institutes where she can get job related training. Veeramallu Anusha

How true these words are for Anusha and her family. Instead of giving in to pressure from relatives and neighbours, she decided to do a job to support her family. After completion of her Graduation she got married. Her husband works in a private organization earning Rs. 12,000/- per month, which couldn’t fulfil the family’s economical needs. This made Anusha to think about doing something and helping the family. She tried to attend interviews but got rejected due to lacking skills. Meanwhile she got to know about HCHW SMART centre through Ex-student which changed her destiny. She joined in Tally Pro course at HCHW SMART Centre. Swathi who completed her intermediate recently couldn’t continue her higher education due to her family’s economic status. But she didn’t get disappointed instead changed her focus to support the needs of her family. Her father is a Daily wage earner earning Rs.8000/- per month. He was struggling to fulfil the needs of the family. Swathi’s decision to support her family made her think about doing a job. But being a teenager she didn’t know the way to attend interview. Her determination and focus have been supported by the training sessions at HCHW SMART. Swathi got selected as a Customer support executive at Suvarna Bhoomi Developers with a salary of Rs.13000/- per month.

N. Anitha

Anitha completed her SSC. She had no plans to continue her studies and/or doing the job. Just without a second thought she took a firm decision at a very tender age of 18 years to marry a person of her choice. Somehow life was as usual as she expected but only in the initial stages of marriage. As the days passed by, she realized that her husband is a drunkard who always harms her with his awful words and lousy actions. Soon she delivered a baby boy. Now, her son is in 2nd class. Her husband is an auto driver earning about 10,000/- per month. The financial crises had begun due to shortage of money and the terrible behavior of her husband. This was a regular scenario at home for Anitha to tackle the rude behavior of her husband & everyday money issues. Later she got in touch with her friend who informed her about the HCHW SMART Centre. This came to her like a win - win situation as she was desperately looking for training classes and a job at free of cost. He came to know about HCHW SMART Koti through pamphlet. He then joined in ITES/BPO batch. He learnt the skills which helped him to get a job in a good company and earn a handsome package for his family which he never thought before joining HCHW SMART Koti. Adityendra became very confident and an independent person through the skills training at HCHW SMART Centre. He is now working in CoAckcess Company as a Data processing Executive for a pay scale of RS. 11000/- per month. Now he can get his sister married with no issues. He couldn’t continue his higher education due to his family’s economic status. But he didn’t get disappointed instead changed his focus to support his Grandmother. Santhosh wanted to do a job and be independent and support his family. But being a teenager he didn’t know the way to attend interview. After Joining SMART Centre, he gained a Confidence and became independent too. He was the first to get a job in his batch. Presently, he is working for Pro karma as System Operator with a salary of Rs.9000/- Per Month.

K Anjaneyulu

K Anjaneyulu belongs to a lower economic class rural family from Mahboob Nagar district. His father works as a daily wage agricultural labour. Yet he managed to get his son study and complete SSC. Due to financial problems, Anjaneyulu moved to Hyderabad and started looking for jobs. Securing a Job was quite difficult for him due to his limited education and rural background. He was disheartened over his failure in securing a job for such a long period. He came to know about HCHW SMART Centre through News Paper and after Joining SMART Centre he became confident and got rid of his inhibitions due to the immense support of HCHW SMART team. Presently he is working in Karvy as a Data Entry Operator with a salary of Rs. 7500/- Per Month.

D Lavanya

Lavanya had been married for 4 years now; her husband is a Car Driver. She felt the need to share the responsibility of taking care of the family along with her husband as his earning were not adequate enough to manage the affairs of the family. She continued her education after marriage and completed her graduation (B.Sc.). She came to know about HCHW SMART Centre through an ex-trainee. V Chandrashekar

V Chandrashekar is 21 years old, son of a watchman. After completing his B.Com Chandrashekar came to HCHW SMART center referred by an ex- student. He initially struggled with English as he belonged to telugu medium but dedicatedly overcome his shortcomings and successfully learnt Tally while improving his communication skills. He was one of those students who was very nervous to face interviews but the continuous efforts and support of our team finally got him success in getting a job as Jr Accountant in Syncroserve Global Solutions Ltd for a salary of Rs.8000/- per month.

B Jayasurya Varma

19 years old Jayasurya lives with his family in a rented house and is quite close to his mother. His father is a tailor. He had to stop his studies after completion of SSC due to financial problems. Jayasurya wanted to prove to his mother that he is also capable of financially helping the family. He came to know about HCHW SMART through a News Paper advertisement and thus joined the centre. 23 Years old Rohith belongs to Varanasi in Uttar Pradesh State. His Father Passed away while he was studying Degree. He shifted to Hyderabad after working in a book store as a salesman looking for a better life. His brother is working as a supervisor in an Iron factory.
