HCHW SMART Centre is a training institute started in the year 2016 and supported by Tech Mahindra Foundation. In order to bring a change in living standards of poor, marginalized and vulnerable families we impart livelihood oriented vocational skills to their adolescents/youth with special focus on women/girls. We are running a Smart Centre providing vocational training and placement opportunities to adolescent boys & girls in IT/ITES, & Tally domains.

1. To identify and enroll adolescent/youth (boys and girls) who have discontinued their education after completing their Xth standard
2. To impart basic Computer education to all the trainees and ensure they successfully complete the course
3. To educate basic communication (including spoken English) and life skills along with work ethics to the trainees
4. To coordinate/liaison with relevant industries for accessing job/employment opportunities for the successful trainees
5. To create/enhance among trainees their level of awareness and sensitivity towards social issues concerning their well being and security
